"Outstanding service"
I guess I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Although I had some problems with an online order being backed up, as soon as I called, it was handled beautifully by Nick. Like, I've never experienced such amazing customer service, got my order right on time for Christmas, despite placing it only a week before. He was so helpful, communicative and interested in who I was buying the gift for in order to tailor to our needs. Really great experience!

"Super happy with my order"
For the weekend black Friday deals I got a new bass, a bag, and a cable, the website said it would take about a week to ship. 2 days later my bass is here, the next day my other items are here as well! I'm super happy with the company and how quick they shipped. Even after I had just placed the order and called to ask some questions, the employee answering the phone was knowledgeable and ready to help me. Shoutout to my man Andrew, I hope they give you a raise!

"Cool place"
I used to love browsing the guitar center site. I was a regular costumer while I live in the US, but now that I'm in europe, I can't even access the site anymore because they are not gdpr compliant. Please fix this!

No thanks i am going to other music shops close by and am permanently done with guitar center. i would never recommend you're business. i was told my guitar would be fixed in two weeks. five weeks later i went and got it back. i am tired of apologizing over and over, every time i buy something.
