In my opinion, it showed up in really great shape. It was clean, had no dents that I could see, and looked like it had barely been played...

I stopped in after seeing a few guitars and smaller amps on guitarcenter.com because, how else are you supposed to know what feels right?? The staff was cool and let me take my time without hovering, which I really appreciated. I ended up ordering the one that felt best in my hands, and pickup was super easy. Everything matched the listing exactly. Overall, I’m happy with how it all turned out

"Pickup was okay, just a bit slower than expected"
I ordered a guitar pedal online for store pickup and got the “ready” email the next day, which was nice :). When I got to the store though, the pickup counter was a little confusing and I ended up waiting around for someone to help. The staff was friendly once they found my order, but the whole thing took longer than I expected 😅. The pedal itself was totally fine and packed okay. Not a bad experience overall, just not as quick or smooth as I thought it would be.

Got a really nice discount on this, and it was cheaper than the other places I checked. Not much else to say, just a good deal and a good price

I went in just to browse and really appreciated that nobody was trying to push me into buying anything. The guy helping me answered my questions, let me try out a few things, and gave me space to decide. I ended up getting a pedal and the whole process felt easy. I do wish the instructions for using it were a little clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

Brought my guitar in for a setup and to fix a scratchy jack. The tech was super easy to talk to, no awkward vibe or anything, which I appreciated. Got it back it plays way better now. The action feels nice, the jack issue is gone, and the price felt fair. So yeah... happy with the whole thing.

They have a really great selection here. It’s nice to see a place putting in the effort to give people plenty of options, and I think that kind of care deserves some appreciation.

"Easy trade-in and no regrets"
I traded in an old pedalboard and a bass at my local Guitar Center, and it was smoother than I expected. The guy looked everything over, gave me what felt like a fair amount in store credit, and I was out of there fast. I probably could’ve squeezed out a little more selling it myself, but I didn’t want to risk wasting time, dealing with flaky buyers, or getting stuck with gear I wasn’t using. Not the biggest payout ever, but for how easy it was, I’m happy with it.

"Smooth checkout, no surprises"
I ordered a pedal from Guitar Center online, and the whole checkout process was easy. I appreciated being able to see the shipping choices and the final total before I paid, with no random fees popping up at the last second.
The confirmation email came through right away, and everything was straightforward from there. It did exactly what I needed without making it a hassle, so yeah, I’d definitely use their site again.

"Easy site to use"
I found what I needed quickly, and the filters actually worked the way I expected. Checkout was simple too, with no weird pages or confusing steps. i’m happy with it, but if the site ever gets clunky or frustrating, I’d probably just look somewhere else.

I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me much faster than I expected. They were friendly, didn’t make it complicated, and got everything sorted out without any hassle. that kind of support makes a big difference to me, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"I ordered a guitar pedal from Guitar Center..."
I ordered a guitar pedal from Guitar Center and figured it would probably take close to a week, give or take. Instead, it showed up in around 2 days, which was a nice surprise.
The packaging was fine, the pedal was in good shape, and the tracking updated quickly once it shipped. Overall it was an easy order and way faster than I expected, so I’d give it 5 stars.

I stopped in after work fully expecting to waste half my evening waiting around like usual, but thankfully someone actually helped me fast. Checkout moved quickly too, even though the store was busy. i’m still annoyed that so many places make customers stand around forever, but this time they didn’t drop the ball.

I only stopped in to browse for a bit, but the place was super clean and really easy to get around. The guitars were simple to find, aisles didn’t feel tight or annoying, and everything seemed well organized... even the used section. Just a nice layout overall, made it easy to look around without getting frustrated

Umm, renting a guitar from Guitar Center for my son’s school show was easy. The staff walked me through the pricing, the setup didn’t take long, and bringing it back was no big deal at all. The guitar was in good shape too, so overall it was a smooth experience. I’d rent from them again.

Making the payments was really easy, which made me feel a lot less stressed about the whole process. The approval did take a little longer than I expected, and I started feeling a bit anxious while waiting, but overall it still worked out fine...

"Helpful staff, even though I felt a bit pressured"
I went in not really knowing which strings or pedal I should get, and I was feeling a little pressured because I didn’t want to make the wrong choice or look clueless. The guy working there was really helpful though and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He clearly knew his stuff and helped me compare a few different options without making me feel dumb. Checkout took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was a good visit. 4 stars

"Okay lessons, but things felt a little disorganized"
I took a few guitar lessons here and they were alright overall. My teacher was friendly and definitely knew what they were doing, but some of the sessions felt kind of rushed and not very planned out. I did pick up some basics, so it wasn’t a waste, but I was hoping for more structure from week to week. Also, it was weirdly unclear who was actually in charge or who owned the place, so when I had questions, I wasn’t always sure who to ask. Not terrible, but not something I’d rave about either.
