What happened: Buy it for $*** *Like their ad said. I showed them the ad!! ... On ********* we saw an ad on Facebook from Guitar Center for *a Soundcraft Signature ** mixer.*The price was clearly printed on ad,*$***, with caption "order online or come to store and pick one up"*We called our local Guitar Center to check if they had it in stock. *It was in stock, we asked for them to hold one for us, and then drove *** miles to purchase it.*When arrived at store they not find our product and it took a half hour to finally produce our mixer.*At this point the sales man rings it up, verbally stating the price,*$***! *I said your ad stated price was $***,*and produced my phone with the *ad, clearly stating the price as $***.*He said we are not affiliated with FaceBook and would not give us the price in the ad. I requested to talk to a manager, he comes out and I show him Guitar Centers ad for the mixer.*He says no again and I request his manager, who comes out and says we are not with facebook, I pulled the ad up that clearly states the price $*** sponsored by Guitar Center. *Well, we drove fifty miles for this disappointment and decided to buy the mixer, vowing to never ever shop Guitar Center again. *This was clearly a "bait and switch"*scenario. *I am writing to let you know of our experience.*I even asked the manager to meet us half way in the discount, he said no.*I woke up this morning and there was your ad for the Soundcraft Signature **, $****Needless to say I am very upset *and will never shop there unless someone fixes this problem.*Thanks alotThey knew it was a Guitar Center sponsored ad and would not honor it.I want $** backI expected to buy the product for the price advertisedI called Guitar Center this morning *The guy said he would call the District manager for my store,*Sacramento California

What happened: I have been trying to cancel my order on the focusrite scrlett because it is backordered, but it won't let me cancel it,

What happened: On ******* I placed an order for a used guitar and some other items, I wanted to have the order shipped out of state to a location I would be visiting rather than shipped to my home since no one would be there to receive the order. I tried to time the shipment with my trip so it would arrive where I was visiting before I left for my next location so I could take it with me, however Guitar Center took a week to actually process the order before releasing it and throwing the timing completely off.**I contacted guitar center customer service on ****, ****, ****, and **** requesting to speak to someone in whatever department had the order on hold so we could resolve the issue and get it shipped immediately, time and time again I was told "they" should be in touch with me later that day to validate the order, yet no one ever contacted me. I also requested to speak with a customer service supervisor or manager, I was told because they are working remotely from home they cannot just grab some one and that they would have to put in a request to have someone contact me. It has now been three days since that request and still no contact has been made* however the order was in fact released on the evening of ****.**This was a very frustrating encounter with guitar center and I have no interest in continuing business with them, in fact I would like to steer as many people away from guitar center as possible.

Without explaining the supposed incident that took place, I am being falsely accused of some unsavory interaction with a Guitar Center employee, that resulted in my banning from the “Guitar Center Family Of brands”. This letter was sent *nd day air, and was dated June **, ****. This letter has been photographed, and attached to this email.**This letter makes it as though I had a confrontation with a Guitar Center employee, and I am being told that I can never do business there again. But, the letter never explains what supposedly happened,….where it happened,….and when it happened.**The reality is, I haven’t been to a Guitar Center for years. I haven’t done any kind of business with Guitar Center for years. Nor have I ever had any confrontations or issues with ANY Guitar Center employees, ever. So, I really don’t understand why this was sent to me. I feel as though you made an error, and intended to send this to a different customer, but accidentally name me as the offender in this apparent confrontation. Whatever I am being accused of doing at Guitar Center, I assure you that you have the wrong person. Whatever happed, it was NOT me that did it. I’ve had absolutely no negative interactions with any of your employees,…ever.**Also, I am a long time Musicians Friend customer. I have done tens of thousands of dollars of business with them, and have a very good relationship with them. Because of whatever I am being falsely accused of at Guitar Center, they have disabled my Musician’s Friend account (because you are sibling companies). I had over $*** of rewards points at Musician’s Friend that they are now essentially trying take away my loyalty points, because of this bizarre Guitar Center false accusation.**I have no idea what is going on, but clearly you made an error and are somehow confusing me with a different customer. What happened: GET SOMETYPE OF COMPENSATION * CONSIDERATION FOR THE BROKEN CONGA DRUMS . ... HELLO I RECEIVED THE CONGA DRUMS TODAY I WAS IMPRESSED IT GOT HERE SOO FAST THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PROMPT , WHEN I BOUGHT THE DRUMS I KNEW THEY WERE USED AND SOME SCRATCHES BUT IT SAID NO CRACKS AND THE HEADS WERE GOOD . WHEN I RECEIVED IUT THE HEAD FOR THE CONGA DRUM WAS SPLIT IT WAS NEVER TUNED DOWN FOR SHIPPING , AS WELL AS THE SHELL HAVING A CRACK(DIDNT REALIZE TILL DISMANTLED CONGA) . THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE , CAN YOU PLEASE REPLACE THE HEAD . LITTLE DISAPOINTED ABOUT SPLIT BUT IM SANDING DOWN TO REFINISH IT , I ALREADY FIXED CRACK .
