What happened: I received a voicemail from Guitar Center saying I was rude to my instructor (which I would never be). When I called back to sort the issue out, I was told that the recorded online lessons would not be reviewed but that my accuser's word would be taken at face value instead. They also defrauded me of two hours worth of lessons I had left over in the process. Why do they record their online sessions if they won't review the recordings in case of concerns*contradictions? It seems like a really one-sided process that leaves questioning yourself and financially benefits them.

What happened: The problem: guitar is bad apparently

I can't even get the tech guy to the phone and several times noone even bothered to answer the phone during business hours. What happened: I made an order of a used midi keyboard and two speakers. They cancelled my order for the keyboard and only shipped one speaker. It's been two weeks now and I haven't received the other speaker or the refund.

What happened: I located a Les Paul **** Studio model listed! It was item ********* located at New London Con store! It was listed as a HP model! I was going to buy it right then and there! Price was $***.** I called and talked to store manager (SAM WILSON) Told him I was going to buy the Guitar! Thinking the price would be $***.** as listed or even lower! I call him back card in hand to buy! He tells me price is now $***.** THIS IS TOTAL BS! My total take is to bad thats the way it is! PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU DO BUISNESS! If so I need to remove the item from layaway! *NOT SO HAPPY! STEVEI have bought from this company before!Customer service has no say over how individual stores operate! No way to talk to some one up the ladder!
